Medical Info: Nothing special that I can think of?
Eyes: I don't remember it being stated in canon. He wears glasses, though.
Hair: Brown
Physical traits: Well, I've mentioned the height and the hair and the glasses, so that's already most of the canon description he gets. The remaining bit is that he's generally very well-dressed, bordering on overdressed. He likes cravats and nice suits and if he even owns any jeans he probably irons them.

What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: ... I never know what to say to this question, really. He doesn't have any terrible trauma buttons or anything.

Abilities: Rupert is pretty powerful, and what he can do is... fairly ill-defined. He does stasis spells a lot, and messes around with computers magically (as well as in the normal way). When it's not so late and I'm not so tired, I'll have to go through his canon and pull together some kind of coherent description of his powers. Really, he is pretty hax, although he makes up for it by also being sort of a failure. Also he can't/won't ever use his powers to kill.

Notes for the Psychics: I don't have canon for this, but I am going to assume that you probably cannot get inside Rupert's head — or at the very least, he'll notice if you do.

Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Sure.

Maim/Murder/Death: Preferably not — I am not generally a big fan of doing Serious Emo Death with my characters, and it always seems weird to do comedic death for a character from a canon that doesn't even have comedic violence. But presumably no one would do this without asking anyway, so we can cross that bridge when we come to it.

Cooking: Possibly? I don't know that it ever comes up, but he's been living alone for a while and he doesn't seem the sort to settle for frozen dinners or anything like that.
